Tried Everything To Lose Weight? Try This...

Ok, so maybe you've tried everything in the 'Weight loss' market, but that extra weight just won't budge. Or as I hear more commonly- you do lose weight only to keep putting it back on again at a later date. This might even be a constant battle no matter how many times you've tried to lose weight and keep it off permanently. So why is it despite your best intentions that you can't seem to achieve your weight loss goals?

Well, I believe it's not what product or system you have tried that's holding you back. In fact, if it's your situation I'm describing, I fully believe that there is something deeper at work here and it's all about you.....
 I want to share a secret with you that I learned a few years ago whilst I was on various NLP seminars, listening to Paul McKenna and studying the mechanics of the human mind and how your brain is impacting on your weight loss success... 

Our brain is “divided” into two sections: the conscious and the unconscious mind. You’ve have heard studies telling us that we only use 10% of our brain, mostly conscious. This is the part that has the logical and normal every day thoughts and criticisms. The subconscious is much bigger and more powerful. This part of the brain controls around 90% of the rest of our brain, storing all our memories and deepest core beliefs. It therefore plays a much more important role in our lives and whether or not we achieve our goals (in this case our weight loss goals). 


The truth is, your unconscious mind is controlling your weight based on your beliefs about yourself - whether you are consciously aware of it or not. In other words, the fact that you've tried everything and still can't lose weight means that somewhere deep down you have limiting beliefs about yourself and are self sabotaging your progress (even if it doesn't seem that way). This is an absolutely proven concept; that no matter how hard you 'want' to achieve certain things, if your subconscious thinking is not aligned with those conscious goals - it just won't work. You might lose the weight physically at first, but over time you will slip back into the old patterns of thought that lead you to put it all back on again...your unconscious mind leading the way. 

In Paul McKenna's best- seller - "I can make you thin" he talks about these negative self beliefs that are programmed into us from childhood. He states that if you have tried everything to lose weight, it's time to reprogram your mind to fully and congruently allow you to achieve weight loss much faster and for longer. You see, the unconscious mind controls the body. While you are reading this, it is regulating your heart beat, sending blood to all your arteries and controlling the actions you take and you don't even have to think about it. 


It took years of negative experiences linked to your weight to give you the impression that you cannot do it. You believe that you cannot stay thin or somehow that you're not good enough. But it's not true and the only one that is holding you back is you. The destructive ingredient here is repetition and reinforcement of negatives patterns of behaviour over time. That's what got you here...feeling like it’s never going to happen for you. The only way to free yourself from these patterns is to use the same repetition, only for positive purposes and the single way to do this so that it's lasting is by getting yourself a subliminal weight loss mp3/CD.
