Motivational Weight Loss Quotes

In today's post I would like to list my Top 20 motivational weight loss quotes of all time. You might wonder how a few quotes could possibly help you on your weight loss journey but I believe that sometimes all you need is a little inspiration from people who started where you are now and have reached their ideal weight.

 In this way, your mind is stretched to the possibility that it is achievable and this belief is essential throughout the weight loss process (since every one of your goals begins in the mind...)

                                                                                                                                                                                 In reality, you might have all the tools and products in the world to help you reach your weight loss goals but without personal motivation and determination, you'll find it very difficult to achieve lasting results.
The motivational weight loss quotes that I've carefully selected for you are by some of my idols, not just famous people but also writers who have a deeper understanding of nutrition and can give you a higher quality of genuine advice. In fact, when I scoured the internet for quotes, I uncovered some seriously weird food advice. Just for fun, here's one that I thought was exceptionally dumb if not blatently obvious -
